Digital Content Product Manager

For all products relying on and/or using Content across the portfolio, the Group Product Manager, Content will be in charge of defining, developing, deploying and improving features, as well as user experiences and highly optimized workflows designed to improve operational efficiency, globally. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop and iterate on a Content Strategy based on International SOS' objectives, User Experience Strategy, and user needs. Responsibilities will include: Write and own a content vision that clearly communicates the product features, benefits and value. Refine to align with Medical and Security SMEs vision, industry shifts and user needs. Contribute to the development of the Membership and Content Roadmap, integrating customer needs and value drivers, aligning to Group Products Strategy and the Group Digital Assistance Program. Own the day-to-day delivery of the Content Roadmap. Work with internal stakeholders to drive a joined-up approach to content management across the Assistance Business Line and the other International SOS business lines and across all channels (including web portals, mobile applications, Content related APIs and alerts/notifications). Work with other product managers to identify innovative ways to integrate content with profile and travel data, analytics and customised client content to increase revenue and improve customer engagement. Monitor competitive trends and changes in the wider market; identifies opportunities to leverage external information providers and focus internal content production efforts on value-added activities. Partners with external vendors on requirements definition and feature development In coordination with editorial teams, create and maintain editorial calendars, content journey maps, style guides, taxonomies, and metadata frameworks. Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency. Collaborate with UI/UX to perform user research and market analysis. Adjust content and journeys to maximize effectiveness. Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to Content. Support the development and delivery of client proposals and bid responses for sales teams. Manage Reporting and analysis onContentrelevance (open rates, pages visits, etc.) to provide insights and help drive the product agenda. Meet and exceed volume and quality metrics for: Increased search engine result rankings Increase visitors to website and apps Increased shares, mentions, and likes Provide oversight of requirements tools (Aha, Jira)  to ensure that all user stories and supporting artefacts for inclusion of Content in products are properly created and managed. Required Skills/Work Experience  4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B role Background working for an international company, preferably in the field of information services, technology or in the Media/Entertainment industry. Demonstrable experience building/managing enterprise-class CMS, workflow tools or in digital content production and API services. Strong ability to identify and further business goals, and identify unmet user needs. Excellent time management and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, verbal and written, with the ability to converse with business, editorial and technology teams Experience working with content in multiple languages or translations services would be a plus Experience working with tools like Aha, Jira, Confluence  would be a plus Required Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing or related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) strongly preferred. Solid understanding (training or certifications) in web standards, design, web browser capabilities, SEO, user experience, and common web technologies Agile certification is a plus 18831

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
