Technical Support



  • Primary responsibility is user support and customer service through calls, emails or tickets created

  • Be present and available to end customers requiring application functional assistance (navigational or questions about appl. functions)

  • Respond to questions came through emails and calls

  • Work on all tickets raised by the customer

  • Become familiar with the Systems, Network, programmers, developers, and each team in the IT Department (this makes it easy to understand overall process and expedite resolution time for end customer)

  • Basic configuration in the server and on it?s properties and report generations as requested

  • Non-technical other duties as assigned by the Lead

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
