Outbound Communication Representative

Do you enjoy talking to new people and chatting over the phone? Then we have a job for you! We are looking for multiple Outbound Call Center Reps to join our team until just into the new year!!!! The outbound representative will be making soft outbound calls and emails to promote a trade show for customers!! This is a great opportunity to gain further experience in a call center setting.
Schedule is Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
Pay is $12-13/hr
You MUST have telemarketing, inside sales or call center experience
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
Making outbound phone calls and emails to current customers to let them know that the company will be holding a trade show and inviting them to attend.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
You need to be able to submit a writing sample and pass a typing test
Must have valid and reliable transportation
Must be willing to submit a drug test
Must be willing to submit a background screening
Education:
No Degree Required

Must be able to provide excellent customer services!!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
