Job Responsibilities: Desktop Tech I
Provides technical support to employees for PC issues resulting from PC migration to Windows 10.? Work closely with customer to ensure data is transferred to a cloud-based storage prior to imaging PC and recovering the data after imaging is complete.? Keep comprehensive accurate records of work completed.? Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves issues quickly.? Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. May assist training customers on new options and process associated with Windows 10.? May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
Job Duties: Desktop Tech I
? Travel to the following SUEZ WTS locations: Trevose, PA, Boulder, CO, Bellevue, WA, Minnetonka, MN, Woodlands, TX, and Oakville, ON, CA.
? Provide support to PC user during Windows10 migration
? Maintain accurate data on Customer PC inventory and installation issues.
? Migrate user data to cloud-based storage and recover data after PC Imaging.
? Diagnose and repair system issue occurring due to PC imaging process.?
? Provide services in a timely professional manner.
? Experience imaging PCs using USB devices.?
? Candidates should have 2-3 years? experience supporting PC Hardware and software.
? Work well independently ? minimal supervision
? Ability to handle multiple projects? Experience imaging PCs using USB devices.?

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
