Responsibilities:
? Review and prepare vendor invoices for processing into the company accounting system.
? Record company credit card transactions into the company accounting system.
? Reconcile vendor accounts against vendor statements.
? Provide a three-way match on PO invoices assuring all goods have been received prior to entering invoice.
? Reconcile the Accounts Payable register to ensure that invoices and payments are posted in accordance with financial procedures and policies.
? Process outgoing payments, obtaining approvals and signatures as needed.
? Provide detailed support to management relating to the invoices and payments processed.
? Complete weekly and monthly banking reconciliations.
Skills and
Qualifications:
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
? Prior experience in accounts payable.
? Experience with cloud-based software platforms.
? Ability to pay attention to detail and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

$40,000.
