Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk - Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks - Maintain office supplies and inventory - Type, file, and organize documents as needed - Assist with office management duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience is preferred - Proficiency in data entry and working with computer systems - Familiarity with Google Suite and QuickBooks is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
