The primary role will be the chiropractic receptionist with cross-training of chiropractic assistant duties as needed.
This person must be a multitasker who has excellent customer service skills, is pleasant, courteous and a has a strong work ethic.
Prior front desk experience is desired.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills with an upbeat attitude and a desire to make a difference in other people's lives.
Front Desk duties include:
Answering phones, insurance verification, taking payments, keeping an organized work flow, scheduling appointments, computer data input, record preparation, patient education, other miscellaneous office tasks Chiropractic Assistant duties include:
Assisting doctor with patient exams, educating patients regarding chiropractic care and health/wellness, organizing patient flow, facilitate the learning of exercises/stretches with patients, cold laser therapy application, processing x-ray film Days:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:
8 AM-noon and 3-6:
30 PM.
MUST HAVE FLEXBILITY WITH SCHEDULE DURING TRAINING/ORIENTATION.
Salary:
$15-18/hour- based on skills/experience Job Types:
