Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders in Sage 500 Answer incoming calls, assist callers, or direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Maintain frequent and professional communications with vendors and customers Ensure customers are well informed about their orders and update as needed Enter orders and tracking related information using MS Excel.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook a must Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel High caliber data entry skills.
Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to learn new methods and procedures as needed.
Candidate must be reliable and dependable Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required Minimum 2 years of related office and data entry experience required Job Type:
