In this fast-paced role, you will work directly with existing and prospective customers to quote business and arrange the logistical details for the transportation to, from and during their event.
This is a PT position with the possibility of FT.
This position will require you to work out of our new main office in Southampton PA Job Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Answer incoming calls and communicate quotes in a clear and precise manner to earn the customer's service.
Oversee the reservation process, including adding, canceling, and editing customer requests, while ensuring timing, logistical details, and applicable laws are in place.
Review, proofread, and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Record, organize, and prepare customer and employee information, including driver reports.
Support, promote, and enhance our company's strong commitment to safety and delivering the BEST Customer experience On-Call Availability is required Qualifications To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years work experience working in the transportation industry is preferred but not required Comfortable managing confidential information Proficiency in analyzing and solving problems while working under pressure or tight deadlines Computer Skills:
Possess strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite; transportation software preferred Job Type:
