This role will help oversee the administration of benefit plans and support the Senior Benefits Analyst and Global Compensation and Benefits Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities Track employee benefits issues escalated from the HR Service Center that require research and investigation, collaborating with internal resources to resolve and sharing recurring topics with Senior Benefits Analyst.
Assist with the development and delivery of training and education sessions on benefit plans for employees at hire, prior to annual enrollment and on an as needed basis.
Partner with Senior Benefits Analyst to ensure compliance and audit requests are met, including 5500 filings, SPDs, SARs and 1095-C reporting.
Manage the administration of US 401(k) plans collaborating with payroll on plan funding and responding to service requests.
Coordinate and manage communications related to all benefit plans including vendor provided materials, New Hire Guides and annual enrollment materials.
Support additional elements of the Benefits Center of Excellence including ensuring benefits related invoices are received and processed as well as ad-hoc projects, data analysis and reporting requests as required.
Assists with additional tasks as needed Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic knowledge of US benefits is preferred, Canadian benefits knowledge is a plus! Good PowerPoint skills as well as Excel skills including creating Pivot tables and utilizing the V lookup feature.
Experience using Google Workspace is a plus.
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, economics, health services or related.
0-2 years HR experience with exposure to benefits administration.
Working Conditions:
Position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
