Process Engineer

A Medical Device packaging company in the Feasterville, PA area is looking for a Process Engineer.
This person will be responsible for the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
50% of their day will be spent on the manufacturing floor engaging with various departments such as manufacturing assisting operators in implementing lean processes, new product introduction or improvement.
They will also work closely with quality to assist in the implementation of validation processes- ISO and CAPA standards.
The next 50% of their day will be spent behind the scenes performing Data Analysis, root cause analysis, equipment analysis and determining corrective action and often performing some design work.
This candidate must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and managing several projects at once.
Medical related background Prior Validation experience- IQ/OQ/PQ Strong lean manufacturing knowledge (lean 6 sigma) Familiar with Medical Device industry (ISO 13485) or other regulated industry Experience with automated machinery- spot automation and PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred), pneumatics Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial) 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering (open to college grads upon completion of an internship) Experience collaborating with team members and wearing multiple hats 1
year of Technical Drawing experience (AutoCad, Solidworks, Etc) Recommended Skills Allen Bradley Factory Automation Equipment Auto Cad Automation Business Process Improvement Data Analysis Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
