Approximately 20-30 hours/week, between 8am and midnight.
$13/hour.
This position will perform store associate duties relating to customer service, cashier, stocking and light cooking/preparing of food.
Job Duties:
Replenish products on the shelf, rotating products and ensuring code dating procedures are followed and only the freshest products are available for sale.
Ring up guests orders by scanning product or punching price into register, finalize sale and collect payment.
Set up displays on the sales floor.
Assist with light stocking duties and inform management of any out of stock items.
Assist in maintaining back room efficiency by unloading deliveries.
Follow proper procedures to ensure store meets out-of-stock percentage goals.
Put misplaced items back in the proper locations.
Provide exemplary customer service and greet guests in a friendly manner.
Properly handle products and equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines.
Properly handle products and equipment and maintain all sanitization duties in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines.
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Prepare ingredients (such as, but not limited to, chopping/peeling vegetables, cutting meat, opening soup packaging).
Cook food (such as, but not limited to, grilling) which needs to be prepared such as burgers, cheesesteaks and breakfast sandwiches.
Follow proper procedures for food packaging and presentation.
Check the quality of ingredients (expiration date).
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
Assist with light stocking duties and inform management of any out of stock items.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience 2 years of money handling experience 2 years of key holder experience 2 years of customer service Required Skills and Abilities Ability to complete all required food/safety trainings and certifications within 30 days of hire Provide customers with prompt and courteous service Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours at a time The ability to use a calculator, computer, telephone and other equipment as needed Push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds Stand, squat, bend and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to multitask Job Type:
