Responsibilities:
Working for busy and fast-paced solo practitioner Light dictation/transcription Maintain calendar Maintain files in an efficient and effective manner.
Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with the firm policies.
Interact professionally with clients, attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, all other staff and other representatives outside of the firm.
Ability to handle pressure and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications Exceptional organization skills.
Excellent typing skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Positive attitude.
